Unfortunately the psychologist who I am talking to is old school and thinks FLMA is for medical doctor appointments and not psychologists. He says he has never filled any out before. He can shift my appointments to afternoon so I only need to take 2 hours off every Monday, I told him my boss probably wouldn't go for that. I think HR has a FLMA specialist. I guess I can try e-mailing him. But so far everyone I have dealt with has been a scumbag so I don't have much hope.
