have you ever considered Emsam? (I'm sorry if i've asked you this before). It's an antidepressant patch so nothing to swallow, just a patch to change daily and depending on the dose some food restrictions. It really works well for me and has without pooping out for 11 years now. Other ADs always failed for me sooner or later, usually sooner.
