I am doing pretty well today. I'd say some of the emotions I'm feeling are sad, frustrated, conflicted, and vulnerable.
Some of the positive emotions I'm feeling are hopeful and grateful.
Anyway, I've learned to hold space for more than one emotion. It has helped me.
