Thank you, whatever. One of the many reasons I love NYC is because of the public transportation system. Here, even in San Francisco public trans stinks - and Los Angeles is the worst I've ever seen. Either you drive a fancy car or you're stuck walking through the terrifying streets of L.A.
I would definitely like to use public transportation to run errands...unfortunately, there is almost none here. Two buses that run only at "peak" times and the cost is absurd. I used to bicycle and loved it! After a couple of pretty bad accidents, then having my bike stolen, I'm scared to bike anymore.
