It's the same here @BreakForTheLight. They have the police officer who runs the "Comisaría Virtual" platform which is where you have to go request a permit to go out on the news regularly. People write in with questions about what you can and can't do, what permits you need, etc. Some of the answers are so convoluted that it makes your head spin.
