Nurse called me back after talking with the doctor on call today. She said it could be allergies so take an antihistamine but most likely its a virus so use hot compresses 5 times a day! I'll be using paper towel because it's disposable. All this because I slept in my contacts! I'm not sure when I can put my contacts in again- a fresh pair of course!- but I'm assuming it's when my eyes have no more redness.
