Hi wise, hope you are able to take full advantage of the blizzard for some R&R for yourself. I know it all comes from love, but you sound so overextended energy wise. For myself, sleep and nutrition are important players to be on my mental baseball diamond. The challenging team rolls right over me if I take either one off the field.
