I cleaned off my kitchen table. I put things into two bins and I cleaned up my dining room. I won't set up my computer today. I'm too tired. This is what I have planned for the remainder of the day:
1. Cook lunch.
2. Do one-on-one with my therapist.
3. Color or doodle at my kitchen table.
