I had a good one-on-one session with my therapist, I cooked some nice meals for myself and I colored for a while. Today is a bit stressful for me. I want to take the day off. But I've been opening packages. I will try to relax:
1. Doodle or paint.
2. Cook a nice meal.
3. Do some reading.
