I could be better. My therapist didn't show up today. They were supposed to find a replacement for my mentor this week but that never happened either. Also my psychiatrist didn't answer either of my two e-mails nor does she have any upcoming appointments and I am already out of my proper dose of meds. I feel like I'm becoming lost in the system and I'm not liking it.
