My pnurse has her email address on her business cards. I mistakenly assumed that meant I could email her. Nope, she wants me to call, not email. Fine with me.

My T has a rigid schedule. Won't do an 11:30 for example, has to be 11:00. But other than that, I don't know of any boundaries yet.
