So I tried not to binge and purge - couldn't make it more than 3-4 days. So what happens in that time? I eat trying to bump up my calorie count to a normal amount, reduce my exercises to an hour and a half a day, and try not to binge and purge....reality... I binged on candy and sweets, I didn't exercise, I ate twice my calorie amount... I GAINED WEIGHT. I can not be in a happy medium- either one extreme or the other, but my "binge cycle" and "trying to be normal cycle" is OVER. I can't do that. It is too easy, once I allow myself to eat to jump up and binge and fall apart on everything else. No more! Sorry guys...this is the only place where I can talk about this and not feel chastised for being different.
