Although Psych Central has been spared from most PM spam, this is an example of one. If ever in doubt, do one or more of the following --

1. PM an admin (including me)
2. Google for a unique word or phrase in the PM (flora Cota, for example)
3. Simply delete it without replying

We've put an additional block in new members from sending PMs until they've posted a certain minimum number of times, to try and prevent future occurrences of this sort of thing.
