i made it through a really hard day yesterday, without cutting... i am so tired of being used as a tool... and ignored the rest of the time... i have to have blood drawn today... and that has kept me from following through... hmmmm ... guess i am going to have to find another reason to stay safe... because right now it's not because i care enough about me...lyn
