First off, ask your MD, NOT YOUR MOM how much weight is healthy to gain. Remember, your nutrition DIRECTLY EFFECTS your baby. Be wise in what you eat & eat healthy. When I was pregnant (1977/8) I demanded no junk food be allowed in the house. I was able to exercise & swam every day. I gained 15 lbs & lost the last month because I was stressed about having a c-section. With My healthy eating I had a daughter who was 8 lbs 2 ounces & very healthy. What we eat does determine our weight but also our babies health. Think about your baby & your weight will stay fine
