Today I've felt anxious most of the day. It's just been a busy day. Physically, I have tension in my neck and shoulders. I also have a headache. The middle of my back is bothering me too. I think it's just stress. I feel sad and lonely as well. Now is about the time I want creamy grits or chicken noodle soup. But I'm not hungry. I just want comfort food. Maybe I can try a decaf chai tea. I hear teas are good for when you're stressed.
