Maybe if you try to fixate on one -- just one -- memory or image or song that made you feel better at least once, that might help a little. Almost a sort of meditation. There must have been one moment in your life when you laughed or at least smiled: find it and cling to it as if it were a precious jewel. This works for me sometimes; it takes me out -- however briefly -- of the dark moment I'm in. luv Cheshire
