Hello friend, i am currently going through this as well.Staying in the same house as the wife and kids while knowing she is done.This is very hard and It’s a constant struggle.The best thing I have learned from this is to be strong in front of her and let her know you are getting through it.It is ok to say your feelings but don’t beg her to stay. All I have been doing is working on the man I want to be and understand where I went wrong and change my ways.
