I finally decided to work on my weight again. I mowed and worked in the yard, and thought I was going to die! I had a lot of luck with Weight Watchers (now just WW) a few years ago. They have a special for $6 a week, but it expires at midnight. I lost 75 pounds in WW the last time. Accountability really helps.
