Welcome!
Glad to have you join us! Wow, that's really great about your astounding weight loss in WW! I don't find it suitable for me as i don't cook or have a family and the few meetings i attended talked mostly about recipes and family meals. I also am skeptical about commercial weight-loss programs. That's just a bit about why i am trying to diet on my own and drum up a movement here on the forum.
I know what you mean about physical tasks being exhausting and a wake-up call re dieting. We've laughed about me "conquering Heartbreak Hill" before, which i did again today, by the way. I was a wreck after, but i did it! I think having a walking buddy will help as my one close neighbor walks regularly and she's happy to have me along. She's a really sweet French-Canadian woman. We're both devoted to our dogs.
What sorts of things did you do to lose the epic amount of weight before? Have you gained it back? If so, what went wrong? Is your challenge mostly overweight or physical fitness? Mine's both and it doesn't help that i'm a lady of a certain age (54) when losing weight is hardest. I need to rejuvenate my metabolism thru exercise but i'm so weak from a COVID Winter of inertia that a short walk is all i can manage.
Are you a dude? For some reason, i think of you as a dude, can't remember if you said so at some point or not. If not, please forgive! All genders are welcome!
Ta!
