no and that's a great idea! at least acknowledging it and letting it out that way is a huge step i think! i'm gonna do that. i know alot of anger has been journaled, and i always felt better afterwards...acknowledging. hmmm, that would be a good thing i think. of course, i could never let anyone read them, so i would have to think of yet ANOTHER good hiding place...hehehehe.
