for no good reason. It guides us through meal planning and exercise. They had a great free resource it the Loseit.com or losit app. It has easy to use features to track food and exercise. It also has weight tracking. I actually upgraded with the in app features that have expanded food choices etc. I really hope this helps.
I want to loose 16 pounds or 7% of my body weight in the next six months. So far Ive gained 2 but have kept steady since then. Now I need to use what Im learning to lose weight.
