Your course sounds wonderful! We need all the help we can get. I have a referral in to a program at my hospital also but it is on hold while i finish my benzo taper (bipolar). I figure it's not good to be doing TWO super hard things at once. My hospital's program starts with six to twelve weeks of keto and i'm pretty scared about that, not sure i'm up for that kind of suffering. It'll be about three months before i can get assessed. In the meantime, i'm doing my best on my own and with the support here. Sorry you missed your class. It's hard to be consistent but we must try so we can get the most out of supports. Maybe next week!

Glad you are enjoying the Lose It! app. I dieted 15 years ago and lost 65 pounds in a year and i used an app. In those days it was FitDay, not sure if they're around anymore. I find that after using that app for a year i can count my calories in my head pretty easily. I may try the Numbers spreadsheet app on my phone tho if i feel i need more precise calculations in the future tho.
