Did a "drive-by" weigh-in this morning - after poop but not after a pee day (prescription diuretic) and it looked like it was under 255. I have an old-fashioned analog scale, not a digital display, so that blade just bobs and weaves. But i would call that a fluctuate-DOWN, so think my rice and beans and veg diet is working.
Today i had:
Breakfast: 1 pm: rice, beans, olives, canned peaches, coffee.
Lunch: 5 pm: three roasted red peppers (from a can), slice of mestermacher bread.
Dinner: not yet!
First time i had the rice and beans and olives together. First time i wasnt still hungry after breakfast, and that i was satisfied with a fairly light lunch. It was SO HARD to LET myself eat such a HUGE breakfast, but i counted it on the weight watchers app yesterday and it was within bounds, so i dont know what the problem REALLY is.
I dont want to be anxious and hungry. I think normal people do not spend all day anxious because they are hungry.
