I've read more of the entries on this forum and it seems like serial-dieters are in a lot of emotional pain. It makes me wonder how successful we can be at dieting if the emotional pain which is the cause, is not healed. I think it would be useful to talk about our feelings re why we eat and discover our triggers. Talk about WHY we are using food to cope and support each other in healing our emotional pain that drives us to the only solution we know: food.
