I did notice and i appreciate it! I dont care if you @ anyone else. But now that i have subscribed to the thread, i wont miss a post.
You raised some interesting thoughts in this thread and i hope to respond to them in the near future as i work thru this.
I am trying to optimize my meals. I was hungry last night after a dinner of mushroom soup. Not immediately after, but enough that it kept me awake. I was happy with the rest of the day however. I may try oatmeal instead, or add veg or beans to the soup, or have some animal protein. All would be good options.
Today i will have the same breakfast, but a different lunch. There is a little store where i live, maybe i will see there.
