Welcome! Comorbidity between mental health issues & substance abuse issues is quite common. You don't mention what your drug of choice is, but if it's the IV drug use you mentioned, you're in grave danger. I know you said you don't want to quit using right now but, in my case, there was no such thing as "getting a handle" on my use other than quitting altogether. Drinking & drugging also made my mental health issues much worse. These are things you're probably aware of already, though. I just wanted to post to welcome you.
