Have you noticed this thing. I try to do tasks and stuff during the day then when I let myself relax a tiny bit after having done some, I'll notice 2 hours later that I journalled for 2 hours straight about my "internals". What?? It got so late I almost had to skip my little physical exercise (but I did go and do it). I'd like to be able to not do this emotional or internal processing so much. But sometimes I just can't escape it lol. Feels excessive to me though to lose 2 hours on it randomly. (Not the first time this happened) Is this familiar to anyone?
