I am pleasantly surprised and very impressed. It takes courage to open a forum on combat PTSD, since this is one of the last big taboos in our times. I appreciate that new forum very much!
And I hope this new place will bring some relief and comfort to those who suffer.
Talking can help a lot - yes, I think so, too. And I assume, there is a lot to be talked about. A lot of feelings that should come out at last.
To me, this is a brave step forward. I feel great respect. And I am confident that this site is a good and safe and caring place for any wounded, whatever the case may be.
Wishing well,
bluna

Healing comes from within. As I see it, the trick is to find the lost way back to safe home. Wherever I am, whatever happens to me, my safe home is always with me.
