Hi all,
I tried to eat my dinner mindfully, studying the plate of food to satisfy my eye-hunger as Geneen Roth, inventor of intuitive eating, instructs. Then i paused halfway thru to try and sense my satiety and see if i wanted to continue, also as per Roth. Then i sat quietly after eating and tried to tune into my belly and feel the feeling of well-being. I had veg samosas for dinner and they were quite tasty so it was easier to be satisfied than when eating bland food. I feel sated now and pleased with my day in eating.
