I think you should think about maybe even leaving a message for your doctor especially if reducing caffeine doesn’t work. I hate to say it but this much lack of sleep could be sign of hypomania and I don’t want you to slip into mania.

Thank you, I've been concerned about that too, I will try reducing the caffeine and see how it goes. I spent a lot of money recently too, which I don't typically do unless I'm starting to get hypomanic or manic. Like I just couldn't stop myself from making purchase after purchase. I need to slow down..
