I gave away canning lids today, per a request on NextDoor.

Yeah not eating is not good. I did order out yesterday, a salad and a sammich, after too light a breakfast i was thrown off my game. Gave me a bit of heartburn and a general feeling of malaise for the rest of the evening. I missed my pure food! Back to it today.
