I had a full day yesterday and at the very end of it, I felt deeply tired--there may have been a bit of depression creeping in on and off yesterday that I ignored (Holidays bring our these emotions for many of us ) but mostly, I coped well and enjoyed the day. Before going to sleep, I was able to comfort myself with reading, a prayer and listening (but not looking at) a Derek Prince YouTube video as I drifted to sleep. Today is a new day!
