Early sobriety is tough, but you just have to stick it out and get through it. It does get easier and better with time.
For me, when I get hit with cravings, I think back to my last relapse and how sick I was and how bad the withdrawal was. I never want to go back there.
Do you have some kind of support group, either virtual or IRL? I found that to be critical in maintaining my sobriety.
