No, they don't (MDs don't like to write scripts for opiods) but they'll whip out a few scripts for methadone (which is just as addictive ) just because IN THEIR MIND it doesn't carry the stigma. No, it doesn't carry the stigma that you need pain meds for chronic pain, it carries the stigma that you're a drug addict!!!!
