Yesterday, I wiped down my coffee table, I created a junk pile, washed dishes and took out my trash. Today I am in pain. I'm having to use my walker around the house. I don't think I can get much done. I will try:

1. Change the litter box receptacle.
2. Read on diet and weight loss.
3. Work on music,
