I started Noom a month ago. It’s been up and down for me. It’s CBT based and CBT is tough for me. It’s the only therapy I’ve ever done and I don’t fully understand it. I have a lot of articles bookmarked so I can look back on them. I’m not gaining but I’m really not losing either. What helped me today was eating a lot of wonton soup. They say soup fills you up. I also didn’t have any soda for the first time in weeks. I had a lot of water. I’m basically still just maintaining around 170-178.
