Hi. What substance(s) did u quit? Edit: i didnt read u wrote alcohol....I know it is tough. In early sobriety, use distraction as your tool. Sketch a drawing. Sew. Cook. Clean & organize, etc. What works really well is fresh air! I started jogging & worked my way up to running. I even lost 30 pounds. And then your body is of course ongoing healing, from the substance residual. KEEP GOING
