I had a good breakfast. I had a baked potato, 2 eggs, and a cold foam coffee from Dunkin Donuts. I did have a 16oz Pepsi around 10 because I felt like it would help my vertigo which I thought was caused by caffeine withdrawal. I also had a dark chocolate sea salt RX bar for a snack. They are super expensive and there’s only 4 in a box so I won’t be buying them often but I read they are the best protein bars for weight loss. Then for lunch I wanted fast food. I ate a few vegetables with ranch dip instead and I felt fine after. I will have some butternut squash noodles and a scrambled egg for dinner.
I picked up a very healthy grocery order this morning from Walmart. Since moving and having to get rid of old food, I’ve been able to start over on the food I buy and I pretty much only have healthy things now besides my box of chocolate paydays and my soda collection.
