I took a Xanax along with a couple zofran this morning. So my nausea anxiety was ok. I was shaking a lot in therapy but I think it was pretty understandable since this was only my 3rd in person session in 15 months and my first session with this therapist. But I counted my Xanax and I have 38 days left which will be enough to get me through until my next refill if I keep track and only take the 3 a day like I’m prescribed.
