do you ever get a time when your brain kind of lurches then goes blank and then you hear a voice for a few seconds, your brain slows down as well, the voice kind of echoes, and then your brain lurches again and then you're ok? it only lasts 10 seconds or so. the brain lurch is like a quick dizziness where things kind of shift. the voice is in my mind, i dont hear it externally. i also think it is my voice as well, just on a higher note. i dont think they are words either, and if i was asked to say outloud what i hear, i wouldnt be able to, because they arent words so i cant express them. it;s a bit like a broken record i guess, that kind of jarring repeat for a few seconds. both yesterday when i had it and today, it had a kind of familiar feeling to it, but i cant remember even having it before, or hearing anything like the noise in my head. it didnt scare me either. also, i am not sure time slowed down, but i guess my brain kind of slowed down. it's hard to describe. i know it's really confusing lol.

i wrote to January here (I'm quoting her here with her permission) and she said that she also had it. She said :
