I had definite anxiety today. I told my mom I didn’t want to go to a store because the neighborhood was freaking me out. I also had her come into the room while I was getting my shot. I let her go off while I was waiting my 15 minutes but only because I didn’t feel like watching her take forever to pick out a birthday card and stand in line with her. But then when my 15 minutes were up I had a mini panic attack and I texted where she was and then called her. So I had about 2 panic attacks, a lot of anxiety, and now I’m having some probably not a big deal health anxiety.
