My anxiety is bad and I guess it’s understandable anxiety. But I’m having a lot of health anxiety which may or may not be real. But I’ve had some strange bleeding going on that is for sure real and is probably not a very good sign. I can’t get to a doctor until I find one in the area and I need a really good understanding and accepting one. So I can’t just go to anyone. My therapist is trying to find me one. My therapist is also a source of my anxiety though. So I’m just trying to work around stuff. It hasn’t been continuously this bad in awhile. I’ve switched to caffeine free soda. I just drink my regular cold brew coffee every day because my anxiety is even worse when I don’t have coffee.
