The best one is MMPI-2 - Minnesota Multi-Phasic Personality Inventory. But you usually have to get that done by a professional, you can't evaluate the results yourself.

I had to take this test as part of a job interview once. Needless to say...I did not get the job. (that's how they weed out the mentally ill...which I think is one form of discrimination, but that's another debate...)
