Things must be really bad for you to feel this way. Do you have anyone you can talk to safely? Do you have access to any kind of mental health services? IMO, if we are in traumatic circumstances for a long time, we can end up needing and accepting help to get out of it. I hope and pray there is somewhere you can get help.
