There is no one I can talk to, there is nowhere I can go for help, mental health services are inadequate here. I do see a pdoc but bc of the lockdown restrictions currently I can only go to the ER or see a doctor when I have covid. But even when I will be able to see the pdoc I am almost certain he won't be able to help me much...he may ignore my problems and think I am delusional and making up the whole thing and prescribe me a higher dosage of the anti-psychotic which will make me more depressed.
