My current t doesnt take notes in the session, which is what I prefer ... but I had a previous t who would write his notes during our sessions, and I absolutely hated it!

For me, it was so distracting to see my t writing down what I said, and I used to get very preoccupied by whether or not what I said to my t was something he deemed as important enough to write down in my file ... and then I'd get bothered by the times when I thought that I said something very noteworthy, but my t didnt even pick up his pen ... and then there'd be those times when I'd talk about the most trivial of all subjects, and my t would be scribbling furiously! LOL!

I'm so happy now that current t doesnt do her notes until after the session.
