On another site where there's a public profile page and the people you have chosen to add as friends are there, person X was asking for person Y; person Z had added person Y to their own (Z's) page as a friend but person Y didn't want to be on that person's page X was asking was there anyway Y could block Z from having Y as their friend. So it can get really complicated and ugly it looks like if we can see who wants us (and who doesn't).
