Today I kind of failed & didn't follow through with promises to myself. So I'm naturally feeling disappointed in myself & feeling sad. I can't blame it all on the voices. I thought I was so determined this morning; I was so sure I would succeed & be proud of myself. But none of my goals got fulfilled today. All I can do now is accept my self defeat & try again tomorrow. Fingers crossed.
