Honestly, i think the scale shows it 3 weeks later, not even the same week. By the time you digest, and poop, and everything cycles thru your liver a few times. Its not like youre at the grocery store and you turn in a 50 cents off coupon and you save the money THAT DAY.
Maybe its like that for people on My 600-lb life, but they are a lot bigger than some of us. And like i take a medication that slows my heartrate, so i have read thats like ADDING 200 calories a day, which is a pound and a half a week that im NOT losing, that an "average" person eating my diet, not taking this med, would. So thats just longer i have to wait for results to show up, because i have a wiggly dial scale.
